untitled

A whimper escaped my lips
And my being ached.
Had to break free, free from grasps,
Of overwhelming love, friendship and even hatred.

There was a stifling silence after a long rain.
I thought the world had come to an end,
There was loneliness around, moving like dark magic
Ready to engulf me.

I saw a path down the woods
It was drizzling,
I heard the crushing and brushing of leaves,
It was us, making love

Confessions of a confused mind
Is like a knot so tight
It takes time to unravel, find resolution
And bond again.
