I waited in silence,
For colors to come.
Slowly, and pensive an orange line appeared.
As I watched the colors spread even and uneven
The leaves exhaled the breath of relief
As light touched its very cell.

From darkness to light,
Creepers and chirpers
Enthused, from silence to miraculous voices.
Some sang, some crawled, some busy stocking their food.
I sat dazed, my eyes drinking the sight of nature

Awe struck, seeing a wild flower bloom.
